From enquiry to dispatch
A typical programme begins with grade confirmation (shade, BF, GSM, reel size), followed by trial reels if needed, then a forecast-based dispatch calendar. Marketing issues commercial terms; operations owns loading sequences and coordinates with your transport.
Technical support
We help match paper to flute and box performance—not only to a catalogue line. Bring ECT/BCT targets or historical grade names; we translate them into Nexa Papers specifications where possible.
Repeat supply
High-volume converters benefit from naming a single operations contact for grade changes, urgent pulls, and quality feedback. That reduces mismatch between purchase orders and reels loaded at the mill gate.
